Setting Up a Computer as a File Server
In the [Default FTP Site Properties] dialog box, on the [Home
Directory] sheet, select both [Read] and [Write].
Right-click [My Computer] ➞ click [Properties] to open the
[System Properties] dialog box ➞ confirm [Full computer
name].
