6.10 Maintenance position

To access the nozzle for 380T1 burners (Fig. 13) carry out the
following operations:
 Unscrew and remove the nuts fixing the flange and remove
the burner from the boiler.
 Hook the burner onto flange 1), loosen the screws 3) and
remove the blast tube 2).
 Remove the wires 4) from the electrodes, loosen the screw
3) and remove the diffuser disc-holder assembly 5) from the
nozzle holder assembly.
 Screw on the nozzle (6) while holding the nozzle holder still
with a spanner.
 Refit following the operations in the reverse order to the one
described above.

To access the nozzle for 394T1 - 397T1 burners(Fig. 13) carry
out the following operations:
 remove the wires 4) from the control box, the flame sensor
8) and unscrew the nut 9) from the pump.
 Loosen the screws 10) and extract the nozzle-holder assem-
bly 7) by turning to the right.
 Remove the wires 4) from the electrodes, loosen the screw
10) and take out the diffuser disc-holder assembly 7) from
the nozzle-holder assembly 5).
 Screw on the nozzle 6) while holding the nozzle holder
still with a spanner.
 Refit following the operations in the reverse order to the one
described above.
