TOOLS REQUIRED
• Pliers
• Open-End Wrenches: 3/8, 7/16, 1/2,
9/16 in. and/or Adjustable Wrench
• Tire Gauge
• Torque Wrench (Optional)
UNFOLD HANDLEBAR
1. Remove the lower and loosen the upper
hardware on the handlebar assembly.
2. Loosen the hardware on the shift rod.
3. Model 921023: Put the speed selector
lever in the second reverse position.
Models 921024, 030, 032: Put the
speed selector lever in the fastest
forward position.
4. Rotate the handlebars into operating
position.
IMPORTANT: Be careful not to damage cable
spring hooks when rotating handlebars
upward.
5. Install and tighten hardware on the
handlebar assembly and shift rod.
6. Adjust speed selector lever as specified
in Speed Selector Adjustment on
page 25
7. Adjust attachment cable as specified in
Attachment Clutch/Brake Adjustment on
page 26.
8. Adjust traction cable as specified in
Traction Drive Clutch Adjustment on
page 28.
