You could otherwise fail to recognize
dangers.
When the automatic transmission is shi ed to
position h, you can manually shi it with the
steering wheel paddle shi er. If permitted, the
automatic transmission shi s to a higher or lower
gear depending on the steering wheel paddle
shi er being pulled.
You have two options to manually shi the auto-
matic transmission:

The gears shi automatically when manual shi ing
is deactivated.
