USE OF SAUSAGE ATTACHMENT
Chop meat in a meat grinder with a grinding plate and a cutting blade installed. For
better consistency pass stuffing through a meat grinder several times. Thereafter, the
minced meat is ready for cooking.
1. Disassemble a meat grinder (5-3) - remove a grinding plate and a cutting
blade.

Put a sausage attachment on.

Tighten the cap, but do not tighten it excessively. Place the hopper plate on the
grinder head and fix it.

Put preliminary a sausage casing into warm water for 10 minutes. Then put the
softened wet casing on the attachment. Push the pre-cooked (minced) meat into the
loading hole. If the casing adheres to the attachment, wet it a bit with warm water.
DISASSEMBLING
Turn off the device and make sure that the motor has stopped completely.
Remove the plug from the wall outlet. Gently loosen and remove the cap by hands
or, if necessary, by means of a screwdriver.
Carefully remove a grinding plate and a cutting blade, placing a screw driver
between a grinding plate and a grinder head, if necessary.
In order to take the grinder head off the meat grinder - press the lock button and turn
the grinder head clockwise. Remove the feed screw from the grinder head by pulling it
or after removing the grinder head from the meat grinder, push the feed screw from the
back side.
