Aluminum horn with polypropylene lens (dust cover) antenna version

The polypropylene lens acting as a dust cover fits onto the end of the horn and prevents the
buildup of dust and other process material inside the horn. It is particularly useful for
applications in areas of high humidity, or with bulk solids with a high moisture content.

Installation
1. Disassemble the aimer flange assembly
thread.
2. Remove the aimer adaptor
assembly
3. Thoroughly clean the internal threads on the aimer flange assembly
brush.
4. Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the flange, horn
assembly
5. Apply the Molykote 111 grease from the provided polybag on both o-rings
kit to aid assembly.
6. Install one of the two o-rings
7. Seat the second o-ring
