Personalisation
Usage
The personalisation service allows you to set, set and
store vehicle settings.
The personalisation service is connected to the user
accounts. Any change to the set personalised func-
tions is automatically stored in the active user ac-
count.

To create a user account,
follow the instructions on the screen.
SecurityPIN to change
Quick settings Profiles Edit security PIN .
Operation Valet mode on / off
When the function is switched on, the infotainment
screen is locked by means of a safety lock.
By entering the securityPIN the screen is unlocked
again.

To lock the screen,
Quick settings Valet mode tap and
to confirm the securityPIN enter.

To unlock the screen, tap the screen, and then click
the securityPIN enter.
SKODA Play Apps
Usage
In infotainment in the menu SKODA Play Apps new
applications can be downloaded and installed in the
infotainment.
The installed applications are tied to the selected
user profile.

Requirements
The availability of the services and functions de-
pends on the vehicle and Infotainment type as well
as being country-specific.
In order to manage the user accounts online, the fol-
lowing conditions must be met.
✓ The infotainment supports the installation of the
new applications.
✓ The function is activated.
✓ The user is registered and has logged into the
SKODA Play Apps Registered.
✓ The vehicle has an internet connection.
✓ There is free storage space in the infotainment.
✓ The charge state of the 12-volt vehicle battery is
sufficient.
Restriction
The functions are linked to the vehicle, not to the
main user account. These cannot be transferred to
any other vehicle in which the user logs on.
For reasons of safety, the operation of some applica-
tions while driving is not possible or only limited.

Users of the SKODA Play Apps to register

Tap on

The QRScan the code with the mobile phone.
Or:

Enter the reference given in the infotainment
screen in the web browser.
›
Follow the instructions on the display of the mobile
phone and complete the registration.
A successful user registration is completed by re-
ceiving a confirmation email.
