The plant functions more efficiently
when the following points are
observed:
1. The ventilation is correctly adjusted to provide
the heat pump with the right amount of air.
2. The air filter is kept clean. Better to clean
more often than not often enough.
3. The lower the flow temperature (read on the
display) and yet comfortable indoor
temperature, the more efficiently the heat
pump operates. For a lower indoor
temperature, fine-tune or change the heat
curve. For a lower temperature in a specific
room, adjust the radiator thermostat. The door
to this room should then be kept shut.
Tips for achieving the correct indoor
climate:
1. Open all radiator thermostats. Turn the floor
heating system's room thermostat to
maximum.
2. Set the appropriate heat curve.
3. Wait 24 hours. Fine-tune the curve if the
temperature is not satisfactory, wait another 24
hours. Fine-tune again if necessary.
4. If your radiators have thermostats these can be
set at a lower temperature in the rooms facing
south, since these get additional heat from the
sun. The same applies to other rooms where
you require a lower temperature, e.g.
bedrooms. The door to such a room must then
be kept shut. This is also applicable for floor
heating systems with room thermostats.
5. A newly installed exhaust air heat pump might
need to be vented several times during the first
weeks. Vent the system according to the
instructions under Operational disturbances /
Are the radiators cold despite the plant being
on?
