• Other damages excluded from the war-
ranty are motor damages caused by using
the wrong fuel or a wrongly mixed fuel.
• The guarantee is also conditional on
adherence to the instructions on clean-
ing and maintenance.
• Damages caused by material or manu-
facturing defects will be corrected free
of charge by the provision of a replace-
ment or by repair.
This is conditional on the equipment
being returned to the dealer undisman-
tled and with proof of purchase and
guarantee.

Repair Service

• Repairs not covered by the guarantee
can be carried out by our service centre
for a fee. Our service centre will be hap-
py to produce a cost estimate for you.
We can handle only equipment that is
sent in with adequate packaging and
postage payment.
• Caution: Please do not hand in de-
fective appliances with fuel or oil still
in the tanks. Always empty the tanks
beforehand. Material damage (oil/fuel
escaping when the appliance is put on
the side or held upside down!) or fire
damage during transport will be at the
sender's expense.
In case of complaint or service, please
send your equipment cleaned and with
an indication of the fault to our service
address.
Equipment sent freight collect – as
bulky goods, by express or other
special freight – will not be accepted.
• We will dispose of the defective equip-
ment sent to us, free of charge.
