2-96 Specifying Forwarding Settings
Click the Receive Type drop-down list © select the receiving
mode.
If you select [All], all the forwarding settings stored in the machine are displayed.
NOTE
Only [I-fax] can be selected in the iR105, iR8500, iR7200, iR6020i/5020i, and
iR6000i/5000i.
G To add a new forwarding condition:

Click [ ] (Add New Conditions) on the Forwarding Settings screen.
The Add new Conditions screen is displayed.

Specify the necessary fields © click [OK].
Receive Type:
Condition Name:
Forwarding Conditions:
Select Fax or I-fax for the receiving mode.
Enter a name for the forwarding condition. If you
select the [Enable This Forwarding Condition]
check box, this forwarding condition will be
enabled.
The settings here enable you to specify the
forwarding conditions that the received documents
must meet in order to be forwarded.
