Advanced Print Features
•
Select a paper size from the P P a a p p e e r r S S i i z z e e drop-down list. (If printing a
banner, click to check the B B a a n n n n e e r r P P r r i i n n t t i i n n g g check box, then follow the on-
screen instructions.)
•
Set a S S c c a a l l e e percentage value between 50% and 200% to print the image
in a size different from the original document.
•
Click an O O r r i i e e n n t t a a t t i i o o n n icon to change the page orientation.
4. To save these settings for the next print job, click the S S a a v v e e S S e e t t t t i i n n g g s s check
box.
5. When done, click P P r r i i n n t t .

1. Make sure that S S 5 5 0 0 0 0 is the selected
printer (from the A A p p p p l l e e menu, select
C C h h o o o o s s e e r r , then S S 5 5 0 0 0 0 ).
2. From an application F F i i l l e e menu, click
P P r r i i n n t t . The Print window will appear.
3. Click O O p p t t i i o o n n s s . The Options dialog
box will open.
4. From the Options dialog box, you can
enter or change the following:
•
To print in reverse order, check
the P P r r i i n n t t i i n n r r e e v v e e r r s s e e o o r r d d e e r r box.
If you are printing more than one copy, check the P P r r i i n n t t c c o o l l l l a a t t e e d d p p a a g g e e s s
•
box to collate each copy instead of printing all of page 1, then all of page
2, etc.
Under L L a a y y o o u u t t , click the
•
drop-down arrow to
change the number of
pages to print on a sheet
(1 Page up to 16 Page).
•
If the page layout is other
than 1 Page, you can
select a different P P a a g g e e
O O r r d d e e r r specific to the
selected page layout.
