When you change printer driver settings for a specific print job, such as printing
black and white photos, or printing documents with a special background, you
can save and name these settings for future use on other similar print jobs.

1. From an application F F i i l l e e menu, select P P r r i i n n t t .
2. With C C a a n n o o n n S S 3 3 0 0 0 0 as the selected printer, click P P r r o o p p e e r r t t i i e e s s .
3. Make the desired printer driver setting changes.
4. Without exiting the Properties
window, select the P P r r o o f f i i l l e e s s
tab.
5. Click A A d d d d t t o o P P r r o o f f i i l l e e s s , then
type a name for your settings
in the N N a a m m e e field. You can
also select an icon for this
profile.
6. Type a description of your
settings.
7. Click S S a a v v e e .

1. From an application F F i i l l e e menu, select P P r r i i n n t t . The Print window will appear.
2. Make the desired printer driver setting changes.
3. From the Print window, click A A p p p p l l y y . The
Register Settings dialog will open.
4. Click A A p p p p l l y y again, then type a name for the
settings.
5. Click O O K K . The Register Settings window will
reappear.
