Possible Cause
Previous or same Always uninstall the previous version of the printer driver before
printer driver installing the new version. See "Uninstalling the Printer Driver" on

If printer driver installation did not start automatically when
you loaded the CD-ROM:
1. Double-click M M y y C C o o m m p p u u t t e e r r on the Windows desktop,
then double-click the C C D D - - R R O O M M d d r r i i v v e e .
2. Double-click m m s s e e t t u u p p . . e e x x e e .
If you install the printer driver by clicking S S t t a a r r t t , then
R R u u n n , specify the correct CD-ROM drive and file name
(x x : : \ \ m m s s e e t t u u p p . . e e x x e e , where x x is the CD-ROM drive).

Use Windows Explorer to confirm that the CD-ROM is operating
normally:
1. From the desktop, double-click M M y y C C o o m m p p u u t t e e r r , then
C C D D - - R R O O M M .
2. If the files do not appear, refer to your Windows
documentation for more information.
