5. Purge by External Signal
If you are using this setting, it is assumed that there is an arbitrary remote purge switch connected
to Option Switch 1. Here, the remote purge switch can be enabled or disabled.
• Constant Valid
The purge operation is executed regardless of the robot's status.
(Do not push the purge switch during a dispensing operation in a run. The robot will be unable
to dispense correctly.)
• Invalid During Run
The remote purge switch is disabled when the robot is running.
• Constant Invalid
The remove purge switch is disabled regardless of the robot's status.
6. Automatic Purge
• Valid
When the current operation ends and after the robot returns to the work home position, the
robot automatically executes the purge operation.
• Invalid
The purge operation is only executed when the purge switch is pressed.
7. Cycle of Automatic Purge
When [Automatic Purge] is executed, if [Cycle of automatic purge] is set to execute once during
the registered time period and [Time of automatic purge] for the dispenser is turned ON (purge
execution), the auto purge operation is repeated until a run is started or until an emergency stop is
executed.
8. Time of automatic purge
When [Automatic Purge] is executed, if [Cycle of automatic purge] is set to execute once during
the registered time period and [Time of automatic purge] for the dispenser is turned ON (purge
execution), the auto purge operation is repeated until a run is started or until an emergency stop is
executed.
When [Dispenser Mode] is set to [Timer], this setting is invalid. The time that is set for [Timer] on
the dispenser becomes the ON time (purge execution) for the dispenser.
