3.2 NORME RIGUARDANTI

L'IMPIANTO

1. Effettuare i collegamenti
idraulici all'impianto
evitando che il peso
delle tubazioni e le
dilatazioni termiche
esercitino sforzi sugli
attacchi in caldaia
2. Se le tubazioni sono di
notevole lunghezza, è
necessario prevedere
una compensazione
delle dilatazioni con
giunti di dilatazione,
curve ad omega, ecc.
3. Al fine di evitare
dispersioni di calore,
coibentare con
materiale isolante le
tubazioni calde,
lasciando esposti solo
quei tratti che devono
essere ispezionati
periodicamente
(flangiature, attacchi dei
giunti di dilatazione,
derivazioni, ecc.);
l'isolamento va eseguito
in osservanza delle
Normative vigenti.
4. E' opportuno prevedere
un rubinetto di scarico
dell'impianto; per
questo si può utilizzare
il manicotto previsto sul
ritorno della caldaia.
Collegare l'apposito
attacco alla rete di
scarico interponendo
una valvola di
intercettazione.
5. Installare il raccordo
fumi tra caldaia e
camino che deve
essere realizzato in
modo da permettere lo
smontaggio della
camera a fumo a cui è
collegato
6. Installare un manometro
per controllare la
pressione dell'impianto
7. Sulla tubazione di
ritorno installare un
termometro per
controllare la
temperatura dell'acqua
di ritorno dall'impianto
8. Verificare il corretto
collegamento degli
scarichi delle valvole di
sicurezza.

3.2 PIPELINE SYSTEM

1. The weight of
connection pipelines
and the forces
generated by thermal
expansion must not
bear on the boiler and
subject flanges and
screws to stresses,
which could, with the
passage of time, cause
problems with seal or
breakage.
2. If pipelines are long,
they must be equipped
with expansion joints,
zigzag elbows, etc.
3. Hot pipelines must be
insulated to prevent
heat losses. Leave
pipelines exposed only
where they require
periodic inspection
(flanges, expansion joint
connections, branches,
etc.). Insulation must be
performed in
accordance with
existing codes and
regulations).
4. It is good practice to
furnish the system with
a drain cock. You can
use the stub pipe on the
return connection of the
boiler for this purpose.
5. Install flue connection
between boiler and
stack suitable to remove
rear box to which it is
connected
6. Install a manometer to
check heating plant
pressure
7. On return tube install a
thermometer to check
that return temperature
8. Check that boiler relief
valve drains are
correctly connected to
drain pits.
3.2 NORMES

efforts qui, avec le
temps, peuvent causer
des problèmes
d'étanchéité ou de
rupture.
2. Si les tuyaux sont
particulièrement longs, il
est nécessaire de
prévoir une
compensation des
dilatations par des joints
de dilatation, des
coudes à oméga, etc.).
3. Afin d'éviter des
déperditions de chaleur,
calorifuger avec du
matériau isolant les
tuyaux chauds, en ne
laissant exposés que
les tronçons qui doivent
être contrôlés
périodiquement (brides,
joints de dilatation,
dérivations, etc.);
l'isolation doit être
exécutée conformément
aux normes en vigueur.

отрезков, которые
должны периодически
проверяться (фланцы,
компенсационные
соединения отводы и
т.д.); изоляция
производится в
соответствии с
действующими
нормами.
4. Необходимо
предусмотреть
сливной кран
установки; для этого
можно использовать
муфту, установленную
на возврате из котла.
Соединить
соответствующее
присоединение с
дренажной линией,
вставив отсекающий
клапан..
5. Установить дымовое
соединение между
котлом и дымоходом,
который должен быть
сделан так, чтобы
можно было
производить демонтаж
камеры дыма, к
которой он
присоединен.
6. Установить манометр
для проверки
давления в установке.
7. На трубопроводе
возврата установить
термометр для воды
на возврате из
установки.
