Generate pulse
Hexadecimal code: 1B 70 ..
m = 0, 1, 48, 49
Range:
t1 = 0-255
t2 = 0-255
Outputs the pulse specified by t1 and t2 to connector pin m as follows:
m Connector pin
0, 48 Drawer kick-out connector pin 2
1, 49 Drawer kick-out connector pin 5
Notes: - The pulse ON time is [t1 x 10] ms and the OFF time is [t2 x 10] ms.

When t2 < t1, the printer processes t2 as t1.
- The printer starts operation [t2 x 0,1] seconds after detecting a slip.

If m is outside the specified range, the printer ignores this command and the following
data is processed as normal data.
