Advanced Call Features
Talkgroup Call Feature (Conventional Only)
This feature allows you to define a group of
conventional system users so that they can share
the use of a conventional channel.
Note: Encryption keys are associated to talkgroups.
When talkgroups are associated, encryption keys
are changed by changing the active talkgroup.
Selecting a Talkgroup
Procedure:
1. From the home screen, scroll left or right to
Tgrp.
2. Press the Menu Select button directly below
Tgrp.
The display shows the last talkgroup that was
selected and stored.
Scroll up or down to Pset for the preset

preprogrammed talkgroup.
OR
Scroll up or down to the required talkgroup.
Press the Menu Select button directly below Sel
4.
to save the currently selected talkgroup and
return to the home screen.
5. Press the Home button to return to the home
screen.
