Assignable Radio Functions
Action Consolidation – Allows the radio to
execute a specific sequence of actions that
combine audio, visual, and location data. For
example, Mode Change, Lightbar, Siren, Direct
Status, and Location Data.
Call Alert – Allows the radio to function like a
pager, or to verify if a radio is active on the
system.
Call Response – Allows you to answer a private
call or phone call.
Channel – Selects a channel.
Contacts – Selects the Contacts menu.
Dynamic ID (Conventional Only) – Allows you
to edit the radio's ASTRO Individual ID and/or
MDC Primary ID of the radio.
Note:
If the Dynamic ID menu key is not pre-
programmed in the radio, use dongle to display
the menu key. Press the menu key and enter
the password to view or edit the ASTRO
Individual ID and/or MDC Primary ID of the
radio.
If the password is not pre-programmed, press
the menu key to directly view or edit the
ASTRO Individual ID and/or MDC Primary ID
of the radio.
Dynamic Priority (Conventional Only) – Allows
any channel in a scan list (except for the Priority-
One channel) to temporarily replace the Priority-
Two channel.
Emergency – Depending on the programming,
initiates or cancels an emergency alarm or call.
Gun Lock – Triggers the Gun Lock to open.
