During a call
If you park a call and it isn't answered within a specified period of time, it
rings back to your set or the attendant. Check with your system
administrator to determine your specified period of time.

Attendant Recall

The Attendant Recall feature enables you to contact an attendant during
a call and connect the call to the attendant.
To contact the attendant during a call:

Display/Inspect

When you are on an active call, you can identify a second incoming caller
with the Display/Inspect feature. Your system may be equipped with the
Automatic Set Display feature. This feature automatically updates your
set's display with the information on the incoming call.
To view the name or number of a second caller while on a call in
progress:

1. Press
Attendant Recall
2. Stay on the line until the attendant
answers.
3. When you replace the handset or press
Release, the caller remains connected
to the attendant.
