Defrost by weight
The appliance can be used to defrost
various foods by weight.
1. Place the food to be defrosted in the
appliance.
2. Press the Defrost (13) button one or
more times until "Ad.1" (meat, 100-
2000 g), "Ad.2" (poultry, 200-3000
g) or "Ad.3" (seafood, 100-900 g) is
shown in the display.
3. Turn the dial (16) to enter the weight
of the food in steps of 100 g within
the range that is part of the selected
programme.
4. Press the Instant/Start button (15) to
commence defrosting.
5. When half of the defrosting time has
passed, 3 beeps sound. Open the
door and turn the food. Press the
Instant/Start button (15) to restart
defrosting.
Cooking using auto menu
The appliance has 8 auto menu programs
used for different food types (see table
below).
1. Turn the dial (16) until the number for
the required auto menu programme is
shown in the display.
2. Press the Instant/Start button (15).
Turn the dial (16) to set the weight of
the food.
2. Press the Instant/Start button (15) to
commence cooking.

Wash the rice and
allow it to soak for 30
minutes. Place in a
large, deep bowl. Add
water.
Once it is cooked,
allow it to rest covered
for 5 minutes or until
the rice has absorbed
the water.

Place the vegetables in
a microwaveable bowl,
add water and cover
with film. Stir the food
and leave to stand
for 2 minutes after
cooking.

Frozen vegetables
The same procedure
as for fresh vegetables.

Popcorn
For popping popcorn
in a bag. Press the
Stop/Clear button (16)
where there are 1-2
seconds between the
popcorns popping.

wide open cup.
