8.6 CHARGE CURRENT TESTS

1. Switch on the 9V power supply.
2. Connect an ammeter directly across the charge terminals (effectively short circuiting them).
3. Measure 270mA ± 15% through the meter.
4. Switch off the 9V power supply.
