In the "Solution Explorer", right-click "PLC" and select "Add New Item".
Select "Standard PLC Project", enter a name for your new PLC project, and select
"Add".
Go to "Solution Explorer" > "PLC" > "First_PLC_Project". Right-click "References" and
select "Add library".
Add the library Tc2_MC2.
