4. Remove the four Phillips M2.5 × 2.5 screws that secure the display panel to the base enclosure and
remove the display panel.
5. If you need to remove the display panel on a touch screen model:
a. Position a suction cup tool at the illustrated locations on the display panel, and then rotate the
locking lever down to lock the cup. You may use a plastic tool as you pull the suction tool handle to
disengage the panel from the computer (1).
b. The display panel is secured to the display enclosure with tape that is installed under the left and
right sides of the panel. To remove the panel, use tweezers to grasp the end of the tape (2). While
turning the tweezers, wrap the tape around the tweezers as you continue to pull the tape out from
behind the display panel (3). You must pull the tape multiple times before it is completely
removed.
c. Remove the panel (4).
