Installing the I/O module (PM)

The CIM is equipped with a receptacle for one I/O module.
NOTICE
The I/O module may only be inserted or removed when the power is off.
Tool
You will need a Torx T8 screwdriver.
Installing the I/O module
The procedure for installing an I/O module is described below:

Installing the I/O module
Remove the blanking cover from the CIM receptacle.
Insert the I/O module into the receptacle and push it in as far as it will go.
Secure the module with screws
