Leak Check and Repair Leaks ***
Perform Oil Analysis on Compressor Lube Oil ***
Record Operating Pressures and Temperatures
Calibrate Safety Controls
Replace Oil Filters
Replace Filters/Driers
Check Slide Valve Operation and
Calibrate Slide Valve Potentiometer
Check Operation of Oil Heater
Check Oil and Refrigerant Levels
Lubricate Motor Bearings per
Motor Manufacturer's Recommendation
Megohm Motor
Check 3-Phase Voltage and Current Balance
Remove Condenser Water Box(s) and
inspect tube sheets
Mechanically Brush Condenser Tubes
Verify Evaporator and Condenser
Water Flow Rates vs. Design Conditions
Compressor Internal Inspection ***
Vibration Analysis
*** These procedures must be performed at the specified time interval by an Industry Certified Technician, who has been trained and
qualified to work on this type of YORK equipment. A record of this procedure being successfully carried out must be maintained on file
by the equipment owner, should proof of adequate maintenance be required at a later date for warranty validation purposes.
