6. Error Message List

Message
File import failed.
An issue occurred while importing.
The imported backup data is incorrect.
The Interlock file is damaged.
An issue occurred while opening the file.
File import failed.
Reimport the file by taking the following steps:
1. Save the interlock settings on EB-50 browser.
2. Download the Initial Settings file from EB-50.
3. Import the Initial Settings file onto Interlock
Config Tool.
File import failed.
Unsupported format version
File import failed.
File is damaged.
File import failed.
Interlock Control Input X does not have a
corresponding file.
File import failed.
Interlock Control Output X does not have a
corresponding file.
File import failed.
Group setting does not exist.
Block file does not exist. Information may not be
displayed properly.
One or more groups or addresses that do not exist
are designated as input units or output units.
The setting contains non-existing groups or
addresses that are designated as input units or
output units. Correct the settings before exporting
the data.
Explanation and Solution
Appears when data import has failed.
Export the Initial Settings from the EB-50 again, and try importing the
file again.
Appears when an error occurred during data import.
There may be cases where data import is possible, but an error
may occur later while making the settings.
Appears when imported backup data is damaged.
Export the Initial Settings from the EB-50 again, and try importing the
file again.
Appears when the temporarily stored file is damaged.
Appears when an error occurred while loading a temporarily saved
file. Data may be loaded but the settings may not be set properly.
Appears in the following cases: When the Initial Settings of the EB-50
with no valid license is imported or Steps (2) and (3) under [Operating
Procedures: EB-50] in section 5.1 "Exporting the Initial Settings of the
EB-50" have not been completed.
If the EB-50 has a valid license, try reimporting the file, following the
instructions in the message window.
Appears when the version of EB-50 is incompatible with the
InterlockConfigTool.
Appears when a damaged file is found while importing data.
Export the Initial Settings from the EB-50 again, and try importing the
file again.
Appears when some required Interlock control information is missing.
Export the Initial Settings from the EB-50 again, and try importing the
file again.
Appears when some required Interlock control information is missing.
Export the Initial Settings from the EB-50 again, and try importing the
file again.
Appears when the Initial Settings with no group information are
imported.
Make the group settings via the EB-50 before importing data into the
InterlockConfigTool.
Appears when the Initial Settings with no block information are
imported or loaded from a temporarily saved file.
If no block settings are made on the EB-50, ignore the message.
If this message appears when the block settings are made, export
the Initial Settings from the EB-50 again, and try importing the file
again.
Appears when the groups or addresses that have not been
registered to the EB-50 are designated as Input Units or Output
Units.
Having non-registered groups and addresses in the settings file can
cause problems. Correct the interlock settings from the settings
configuration window.
If one or more groups or addresses that have not been registered to
EB-50 are designated as Input Units or Output Units, the Initial
Settings cannot be exported.
Correct the interlock settings before exporting the settings.
