5-3. Adjusting the pressure of the presser foot

Loosen nut ❷ by turning counterclockwise, and turn
presser spring regulator ❶ to adjust the pressure.
Turn the regulator clockwise to increase the pres-
sure and turn it counterclockwise to decrease the
pressure.
After the adjustment, tighten nut ❷ .
Loosen screw ❶ , turn micro-lifter pin ❷ , and the
height of the presser foot can be adjusted to 0 to 0.5
mm.
