BOLTS (20), two 3/8 X 3-1/2" FLAT HEAD BOLTS (19), two FOOTBOARDS (11), four 3/8" RH WASHERS (23), four 3/8" SAE
WASHERS (22) and four 3/8" LOW HEIGHT LOCK NUTS (21) as shown in FIGURE 5.
