The Exploring window is displayed. Windows Explorer may appear different than in the image. There are
variations between Windows versions and you can configure Windows Explorer as you like.

Double-click the Motorola SBG1000 CD-ROM drive (D: in the image above).

Double-click remove or remove.exe to run the Remove utility from the SBG1000 Installation CD-ROM. The
SURFboard Cable Modem USB Driver Removal window is displayed:

Click Remove Driver.
After you remove the USB driver, re-install it on the computer. Perform one of:

Setting Up a USB Driver in Windows 98
•
Setting Up a USB Driver in Windows Me
If you continue to have problems, contact your cable provider.
