Cruise chilling cycle
The Cruise chilling cycle works in according to a specific algorithm that respects
the European guidelines (UK and NF).
During this process the BCF chill the food following the basics of
chilling (i.e. temperature and time) and it works normally if the food probe is
used only.
The units works with the cell temperature included between
the value -2°C (SCA) and -20°C (SCH) and the algorithm can
controls this temperature using three different steps in order to
find the best setting temperature for different types of the
product.
