Director V5 Commands

Command = NCP
The NCP commands allow access to the TANDBERG Director V5 pending command
buffers and executed command buffers from the remote control. The following
commands will always work whether or not the RX1290 is in remote control mode,
since it is likely that the RX1290 will be in over-air control mode when they are issued
through the remote control.
