13. BYPASS COPYING BY SPECIFYING THE COPY SIZE

In bypass copying by specifying the copy size, you can select the follow ing copying m odes:
. Duplex copying
. Annotation

Place sheets of copy paper on the sheet
bypass.
The follow ing m essage appears:
Ready for bypass feeding
. Paper of size Ledger to Statem ent-R can be
used.
. Place the sheets on the bypass guide and
align the slides to the paper size.
. You can set up to 100 sheets of paper (17 to
22 lb).
. Thick sheets of paper (23 to 32 lb), OHP film s,
sticker labels should be inserted one sheet
at a tim e.
. For setting Ledger, Legal or Letter-R sized
paper, pull out the paper holder.

Select the desired copy size.
. Press the desired COPY-SIZE key.
. If Letter-R paper is used, press the COPY-
SIZE key tw ice. The paper size in the upper
right corner of the display panel w ill change.
3 Select the desired, image shift mode, edge
erase mode, dual-page copying, sort
copying, annot at ion, page num ber,
document storage or duplex copying mode
as well as the exposure and the reproduction
ratio.
