Remedy
Check set supply temperature.
Check boiler circuit pump and return
temperature raising facility.
Check the heat drawn. If boiler water
temperature is below 158°F (70°C):
remove protective cap on HLSC and
press reset button.
Check flue gas fan.
Check vacuum pressure measurement.
Clean heat exchanger.
Add fuel. If fuel is above W40:
preheat the combustion chamber.
Or use suitable dry fuel.
Consult a qualified electrician.

Fill fuel store.
Switch OFF mains isolator and
remove material blockage.
Check shut-off gate valve for ease
of operation.
Fill the extinguishing water tank.
Remove foreign body.

Close maintenance cover.
Remove and clean both sight glasses.
Remove dust and ash deposits from
the apertures.
Clean or replace the light barrier
sensors.
Contact Viessmann Technical Service.
Close combustion chamber door.
