With flue gas recirculation, flue gas is fed into the
combustion chamber. This has the effect of reducing the
flame temperature due to the lower oxygen content in
the flue gas. Combustion efficiency increases as a result.
The proportion of flue gas fed into the combustion
chamber depends on the output.
