Technical data and characteristics

The technical data and characteristics for the 1FW6 High Speed built-in torque motors are
stated in this chapter. This data collection provides the motor data required for configuration
and contains a number of additional data for more detailed calculations for detailed analyses
and problem analyses. Technical data subject to change.
Note
System-specific data refer to the combination of 1FW6 High Speed built-in torque motors
with SINAMICS S120 drive systems.
Unless otherwise specified, the following boundary conditions apply here:
• The DC link voltage U
• The motor is water-cooled with the recommended minimum volume flow rate according to
the data sheet and a water flow temperature T
• The rated temperature of the motor winding T
• Voltages and currents are specified as rms values.
• Installation altitude of the motors up to 2000 m above sea level.
• For motors with integrated cooling that are equipped with main and precision coolers, the
power/performance data has been determined with the use of a cooling connection
adapter.
