Connect the Laptop — G700 with S8300
To connect USB Modem
To configure the G700 and S8300 remotely, connect
the USB modem.

Connect the USB cable to either of the two
USB port on the faceplate of the S8300.

Following the instructions packaged with the
modem, connect the other end of the USB
cable to the modem.

Connect the analog telephone line to the
RJ-11 jack on the modem.

Go to the Maintenance Web Interface and
select Modem in the Security Category.

Select the box labeled "Enable modem for
unlimited incoming calls" an click Submit.
