Assembling the Lift
Arm/Attachment Adapter to
the Rear Broom
Parts needed for this procedure:
Rear broom assembly
1 Drawbar assembly
1 Bolt (3/8 x 1 inch)
1 Bolt (1/2 x 1-3/4 inches)
1 Flange nut (1/2 inch)
1 Hex nut (1/2 inch)
1 Flange nut (3/8 inch)
1 Lift arm/attachment adapter assembly
1 Pivot bar
3 Large cotter
1 Bolt (3/8 x 1-1/4 inches)
1 Locknut (3/8 inch)
3 Thick washer (1/2 inch)
1 Locknut (7/16 inch)
Bolt (1/2 x 5-1/2 inches)
1 Locknut (1/2 inch)
2 Spacers
2 Clevis pin (1/2 x 5 inches)
2 Thick washer (1/2 inch)
1 Long cotter pin
Procedure
1. Loosely mount the drawbar assembly to the front
hole in the rear broom assembly with a large bolt
(1/2 x 1-3/4 inches), flange nut (1/2 inch), hex
nut (1/2 inch), and a small bolt (3/8 x 1 inch) and
flange nut (3/8 inch) as shown in
