1. Download the latest RICOH Design Software from
the RICOH Website
http://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/apc/mo
del/ri100/ri100.htm
2. Once the DMG File is loaded, drag the RICOH Design
Application file to the Applications folder
3. After the application is installed, the firmware can
be loaded.
