MICROWAVE COOKING AND
CONVECTION
Combinationcookhlg usesboth microwaveenergyand convectionheating.No
preheatingis requiredas the microwaveenergyis immediatelyavailable.
Many foods can be cooked in combinationmode, particularly:

,, Eggand cheesedishes
ALWAYSuse microwave-safeand oven-proofcookware.Glass or ceramicdishes
are ideal asthey allowthe microwavesto penetratethe food evenly.ALWAYSuse
oven gloves when handlingcookware inthe oven, asthe cookware will be very hot.
Youcan get better cooking and browningif you use the low rack.
Open the door. Placethe food on the turntableor on the low rack which shouldthen be
placeon the turntable. Closethe door.
