CHECKING iF YOUR OVEN iS OPERATING
CORRECTLY
The followingsimple procedureenablesyou to confirmthat your oven is worMng
correctlyat all times. If you are ill doubt, referto tile section entitled"Troubleshooting" o n
the page 35-36,
(_ Tile oven must be plugged into an appropriatewall socket. Tile turntablemust be
in position ill the oven, If a power levelother than the maximum(100 %- 900 W) is
used, tile water takes longerto boil,
Open the oven door by pullingthe handleon the upper side of the door.
Placea glassof water on tile turntable. Closetile door,
Pressthe START/+S0sbutton and set the time to 4 or
g_//-3a_ 5 minutesbypressingthe START/+S0sbutton the appropriate
numb÷roft mes
Result: The oven heats the water for 4 or 5 mhlutes.
The water shouldthen be boiling,
SETTING THE TiME
Yourmicrowaveoven has an built-indock. When power is supplied, ":0","88:88",or
"12:00" is automaticallydisplayedon the display,
The time can be displayedin 12-hour notation.Youmust set the clock:
• When you first installyour microwaveoven
• After a power failure
[_ Do not forgetto resetthe clock whenyou switch to and from summer and winter
time.

button,
2. Turnthe Dial knob to setthe hour,
3. Pressthe Clock button,
4. Turnthe Dial knob to setthe minute,
5. When the righttime is displayed,pressthe Clock button to
startthe clock.
Result: The time is displayedwheneveryou are not
usingthe microwaveoven,
