FAST PREHEATING THE OVEN
Forconvectioncooking, we recommendthatyou preheatthe oven to the appropriate
temperaturebefore placingthe food in the oven.When the oven reachesthe selected
temperature,it maintainsthe temperaturefor approximatelyI 0 minutes,and then
switches offautomatically.
Check if the heatingelementis inthe correct position for the type of cooking that you
require.

Result: The following indicationsare displayed:
400°F (temperature)
2. Pressthe Fast Preheat button one or moretimes to setthe
temperature._emperature : 400, 375, 350, 325, 300, 250,

3. Pressthe START/+30s button.

The oven is preheatedto the selected

COOKING BY CONVECTION
The convectionmodecooks food ill the same wayas in a traditionaloven. The
microwavemodeis not used. YOucan set the temperature,as required,ina range
varyingfrom 100 °F to 400 °F in 8 presetlevels.The maximumcooking time is
60 minutes.

,, Always use oven gloves when touchingcookware inthe oven, as it wi]]be very
hot.
,, Youcan get better cooking and browningif you use the low rack.
Check if the heatingelementis inthe horizontalpositionand ifthe turntable is in position.
Open the door and placethe cookware on the low rack or on the turntable.
