USING THE DEFROST FEATURES
The Defrostfeaturesenablesyou to defrostmeat, poultry,fish, bread, cake and fruit.
The defrosttime and power levelare set automatically.Yousimply select the program
and the weight.
Open the door. Placethe frozenfood on a microwavesafe dish in the centerof the
turntable. Closethe door.

Selectthe type of food that you are defrostingby
pressingthe Defrost button repeatedly.Referto the table
on the followingpage for a descriptionof the various
preprogrammedsettings.
Selectthe weight of the food by turningthe Dial knob.
PressSTART/+30s button.
Result:
• Defrostingbegins.
• The oven beepshalf way through defrosting
to remindyou to turn the food over.
Pressthe STOP/ECO buttonto finishdefrosting.
Result: When defrostinghas finished,tile oven will beep
and flash "0" four times. The oven willthen beep
once per minute untilyou openthe door.
(_ Use onlycontainersthat are microwave-safe.
(_ Youcan alsodefrost food manually.To do so, set the micro waveto the 20 % power
level.Referto the section entitled"Defrosting"oil page3I for furtller details.

Placecakeon a ceramicplate and if possible,
turn overas soon as the oven beeps. (Theoven
keepsoperatingand only stops when you open
the door.)This program is suitablefor all kindsof
bread,sliced or whole, aswell as for bread rolls
and baguettes.Arrangebread rolls ina circle.
This programis also suitable for all kindsof yeast
