7.2.4 Video Quality

Camera: Select a camera to edit.
Encode Mode: Encoding occurs for the selected format, such as Video Only.
Main Stream/Sub Stream: Sub stream values are set for an image with less bandwidth consumption (less
resolution and limited rate).
Bitrate Mode: Select CBR (constant bit rate or a fixed encoding speed) or VB (variable bit rate or an average
encoding speed); if using VBR, you must select the desired quality of video.
Resolution: Set the recording resolution for the camera. Higher resolution means more image detail.
Camera Speed: Displays the amount of bandwidth used by each camera in real-time using Kb/s and MB/H.
Framerate: Increases or decreases the frames per second of the streaming video, depending on your
connection speed. Higher FPS equals better video quality. If experiencing lag or stutter, lower the FPS.
Encode Format: Set the video compression format to H.265+.
