Do Not Fill is commonly used at the end
of a paint job. Once the pump is empty,
the system waits until another mode is
selected.
Do Not Fill mode is useful in the following
situations:
While in Spray mode:
• The operator is getting close to the
end of the shift and doesn't want paint
to sit in the pump.
• The remaining number of parts to
spray won't require another full pump
of paint.
• The paint color will be changing soon.
While in Purge mode:
• The operator is done spraying and
is dispensing the last of the paint in
the pump through the gun. Once
the pump is empty, the operator can
easily switch the fluid supply hose to
cleaning fluid.
