The system is in bypass state.
The meter cable is detached from
the valve.
The meter is blocked by debris.

Description
Solution
Remove debris.
Replace valve discs.
Connect power.
Remove debris.
Replace motor.
Install drain line flow control.
Remove restriction.
Cancel the bypass state.
Reconnect the meter cable to
the valve.
Disassemble and clean the
meter.
