Connecting top tank sensor
Connect the sensor (S
) to the water heater as follows:
3
1. Connect the sensor to terminals 9 and 10.
2. Fit the cables in the strain relief.
Connecting Q/T-sensor
Note
You can optionally add a Q/T sensor to the installation. This enables you to calculate the
energy contribution of the system. For more information or to order the Q/T sensor,
please contact your supplier.
Connect the sensor (S
), of the Q/T-sensor, to the water heater as follows:

1. Connect the sensor to terminals 11 and 12.
2. Fit the cables in the strain relief.
Important
When the supplied cable is not long enough, the cable can be extended to a maximum
length of a 100 meter. When this length is exceeded data can be lost.
Connecting pump station
A pump station consists out of a pump that is mounted in a piping system with several
valves and a flow meter. The pump station provides the circulation of the solar fluid
through the solar system. The pump station is controlled by the control of the solar
system.
The pump station can be connected by 3-wire cables (2.5 mm
system. See electrical diagram (12.1 "Electrical diagram - 15 kW water heater", 12.2
"Electrical diagram - 30 kW water heater", 12.3 "Electrical diagram - 45 kW water
heater"and/or 12.4 "Electrical diagram - 60 kW water heater") for the connection of this
cable on the terminal.

Connecting interface-adapter
The interface adapter is designed for connecting the controller directly to a PC or router.
It enables easy access to the control via a local network of the user. From any
workstation on the network, access is gained to data that is available in the control.
The adapter can be connected to all controllers equipped with the VBus-communication
protocol and can be connected to the building management system/controller via a USB
port.
Place the interface adapter near a building management system or controller en connect
the interface adapter via a 2-wire cable (0.75 mm
Connect these wires to terminals 13 and 14.
