To Adjust The Clearance Between Needles And Fixed Needle Guard - Janome 1110DX PRO Service Manual

TO ADJUST THE CLEARANCE BETWEEN NEEDLES
Correct Setting:
The clearance between needle and the fixed needle guard should be 0.1 to 0.4 mm.
To adjust:
1. Remove the foot and the needle plate and lower the needle to its lowest position.
2. Loose the setscrew A and adjust the position of the fixed needle guard.
3. Tighten the setscrew A.
4. Attach the needle plate and the foot.
