Clearance Between The Needles And The Fixed Needle Guard - Janome MyLock 213D Servicing Manual

TO ADJUST THE CLEARANCE BETWEEN
Correct setting:
The clearance between needle and the fixed needle guard should be 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm.
To adjust:
1 : Remove the foot and needle plate and lower the needle to its lowest position.
2 : Loosen the set screw A and adjust the position of the fixed needle guard.
3 : Tighten the set screw A.
4 : Attach the needle plate and the foot.
