ASSEMBLY Make Things Easier for Yourself! Everything in this manual is designed to ensure that the weight training system can be assem- bled successfully by anyone. However, it is important to realize that the versatile weight training system has many parts and that the assembly process will take time. - Page 7 3. Note: The following steps require two people. Attach the Adjustment Leg (8) to the Rail (3) with an M10 x 90mm Bolt (44) and an M10 Nylon Locknut (32). Attach the Support Leg (6) to the Rail (3) with an M10 x 75mm Bolt (43) and an M10 Nylon Locknut (32).
