7.1 Operation and display
7.1.1 Description key functions and pilot
lamps
Menu key:
Switches to the main menu, where detailed set-
tings for the heat pump can be made.
Rapid heating key:
Press once to switch on the flange heater
for a set time, set the time via arrow keys (from
0.5 h to max. 4 h)
Press twice to switch on the flange heater contin-
uously
Pilot lamp:
Press three times to turn the electric heating ele-
ment to automatic mode (switches on automati-
cally when needed)
Rapid heating pilot lamp (red)
Permanently if the flange heater was switched
on manually for a defined time
Flashing if the flange heater was switched to
continuous operation manually
On/Off key:
Switch heat pump on/off; the frost protection
function is active when the heat pump has been
switched off. (DHW set value: 20 °C)
Pilot lamp:
Pilot lamp permanently on (green)
Heat pump is ready
ESC key:
Return to the previous menu level
OK key:
Beginning and completion of a parameter
change / selection of a desired menu item;
OK
special function in the start screen: Current
actual temperatures are displayed alternately
Up arrow key:
Value change upwards, or selection menu and
parameters
special function in the start screen: Increase
domestic hot water setpoint
Down arrow key:
Value change downwards, or selection menu
and parameters
special function in the start screen: Decrease
domestic hot water setpoint
